The older I get, the more I realize that I cannot save the world. But the older I get, the more I also realize that I do not need to do that at all. It is quite sufficient if we change the part of the world that directly surrounds us. As a co-founder of MIND, I now have the chance to move small things and make the world a little bit better. I have been working in management positions in educational institutions for almost eight years now and I find the work to be a real enrichment. As one of the creative minds of the founding team, I deal with alternative forms of living such as tiny houses and container buildings as well as sustainable construction and have already gained some experience in the construction of such buildings. Another passion is the development of project ideas in the areas of environment, permaculture and digital change in the world of work. When developing project ideas, I always try to combine these passions and to design holistic concepts, because I am firmly convinced that change and progress should be understood as an interaction of all these factors.
