The digital transformation is accelerating all areas of life, climate change is threatening the existence of animals, plants and humans as the cause, and progressive globalization is changing the familiar processes of the division of labor.
All of these challenges are mutually dependent and can only be solved if you look at them as a whole and develop solution strategies that bring society, the world of work and the environment into harmony.
as Central Hessian Institute for Sustainability and Diversity we want to make a contribution to meeting these challenges and as independent, modern educational institution that combines classic labor market programs with the social future topics of digital transformation, climate change, sustainability and globalization ensure that the opportunities that can be found in such change processes benefit all people and that all people are equally taken into account when shaping the future will.
We not only offer for this professional qualification, further training and support when (re)entering the labor market, but link these challenges via Projects, workshops and trans-national cooperation m with the future topics mentioned.
We believe that challenges and change also mean opportunities that must be opened up to all people equally if we, as a global community, want to create a future worth living for everyone. And since every change begins on a small scale, we want to get a little bit closer to this goal together with the people in Central Hesse, but also with regional, national and international partners.
